These terms are the agreement between you and Fast Apply. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

By installing the Fast Apply extension, creating an account, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Fast Apply on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Fast Apply reads job application forms you open, fills them with information you have saved, drafts answers to written questions, and attaches your resume. It stops there. Fast Apply never submits an application for you. Reviewing what has been filled and pressing submit is always your action and your responsibility.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fast Apply. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@fastapply.it if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why where we are permitted to.
Your profile, your resume and your answers remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store what you save, and to process what is needed to draft an answer when you ask for one. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. How this works in practice is set out in the privacy policy.
Drafted answers are a starting point, produced automatically from your profile and the job posting. They may be imperfect, generic or occasionally wrong. You are responsible for reading and correcting anything Fast Apply writes before you submit it. We make no promise that an application will be accurate, complete, or successful.
Job boards and applicant tracking systems are run by other companies. We are not affiliated with them, we do not control them, and their own terms apply to your use of them. A change on their side may stop Fast Apply working on a given site until we adapt.
The extension, the website, and the Fast Apply name and logo belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while you comply with them. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a material change that reduces what a paid plan provides, you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund of the unused period.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that using Fast Apply will lead to interviews or employment.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost employment, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory rights your local law gives you.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, including claims relating to information you submitted through an application.
You may stop using Fast Apply at any time by removing the extension and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Fast Apply is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
